Requirements

• The song performed must be appropriate for a charity organization to display. You may submit 1 song at a maximum.

• The song performed must be an official song and copyrighted.

• The performance must not exceed 8 minutes.

• The maximum number of performers in an ensemble is limited to 6 performers.

After submitting this form, you will be directed to a pay form. Submissions will not be considered until the submission fee has been paid. Remember to email a video of the performance to helpingwitharts@gmail.com where the performer(s) can be clearly seen, along with short biographies of the performer(s).
